The person behind Breathealive

Meet
Jane.

Yoga is personal. So is the welcome.

Jane leads Breathealive Yoga Studio with a warm, practical approach. There’s room for different levels of experience, questions before class and a pace that feels approachable.

Somerset West is her everyday studio base. On Driehoek Farm in Elgin Valley, she brings the same practice to the quieter setting of the family farm.

Alongside yoga, Jane’s interest in holistic wellbeing includes individual sessions and the everyday pleasures of growing and preparing food.

Jane’s approach

Start where you are.

You don’t need to know all the poses, or exactly what to ask.

Tell Jane what brings you to yoga. If you’d prefer individual attention, ask about private yoga or explore her wider wellness work.

Training & qualifications

A thoughtful
foundation.

Jane’s training spans yoga therapy, reflexology, Reiki and practical approaches to individual wellbeing.

Beyond the mat

Small things.
Everyday wellbeing.

Jane’s interest in wellbeing reaches beyond classes. Growing fruit and vegetables, preparing food and sharing everyday moments are part of that wider story.
