Vinyasa – A series of postures flowing together with a synchronization of the breath, body (movement) and mind .Building up to a crescendo ,our main pose of our class normally the most difficult pose.
Supporting our emotions , strengthening our weaknesses from the inside out, with the use of the breath, resulting in a much healthier person, mind, body and spirit.
